Letter of Claim - Dryden's/Erudio

Hello,

I have received a letter of Claim regarding my old style student loans from 1997-1999 (dated 13 June) which I need to respond to as soon as. I'm not sure how to respond to it.

I don't dispute the debt but I don't believe I have been given the opportunity to defer, yet my income is below the repayment threshold.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can provide more information as needed.

The letter has come with an income and expenditure form, a reply form and an account summary.

Eurdio, they are a night mare to deal with, ive dealt with them before when they refused to allow a client to Defer, they sought to rely on forms which were not compatible with the legislation, and as a result they had to concede defeat in the end.

Did you apply for deferment when the previous period came to an end? what did they say when you applied?

I don't actually remember the last time I deferred and haven't ever deferred via Erudio. I've tried to ask them for deferment after receiving this letter, but they won't deal with me now. I have to deal with Dryden's apparently.

So I need to send my form back, does anyone have any advice on how to complete it?

Is it worth me sending a SAR seeing as I haven't been offered the chance to defer?

Has anyone had any experience of this situation?
