Hermes have misplace my parcel within their rugby hub

    It went to mediation. The problem is you have to agree to the terms and conditions when you want to send a parcel. My Apple mobile phone came under the category as prohibited goods under the heading category Wet and lithium batteries, which i thought was very misleading. Although they lost it, the say I should not of even sent it as it was a prohibited item,, so i withdrew the claim and accepted a settlement of just 50 pound. Hard lesson i learnt, make sure you check the terms and conditions when you send a parcel. I will never use Interparcel.com or Hermes again. Hope this helps
