Send them ( or take them to your local court ) together with the evidences asked for in the EX160 form. If your Ex160 is declined they will contact you for payment but the N245 should still get looked at and the warrant suspended. I'd also tell the judgment holder that you are applying for redetermination and to suspend the warrant, you can write to them and send them a copy of the N245 for their reference if your partner would rather not call them.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service
Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
