I've received claim form from county court business centre for a loan originally lloyds tsb now assigned to PRA Group. I've acknowledged the claim and I'm stuck how to do defence, don't recognise the loan but had credit card years ago which I was paying 5 month up until three months ago. I don't have any other correspondence connecting them to this loan. I've had no letters from Lloyds to say they have sold the debt.

The CPR request also invites the Claimant/sols to a 28 day extension which, if they accept, you (the Defendent) will need to inform the court accordingly.CAVEAT LECTOR
