Just wondering on an idea of timescale before mediation or court session would be allocated. Would it be possible to ask for it to be dealt with at a local court as opposed to northampton?
    Thanks
Do you have a thread Brijay ? - it will be best to keep questions on your case on there if so else you might lose track. Yes you can ask for the case to be moved to your local court - normally around 28 days after your file your defence you get a directions questionnaire which deals with that. Mediation then about a month later, if opted for by both parties. Hearing maybe 2/3 months after that - if you get that far - it can drag on a bit though depending on the court - as you can see with Owlwatchers case )

So this wasn't actually a ruling but a discontinuance before the hearing took place?

( just so I can mark your thread as Discontinued or Won )
I can't disclose the legal details but is it possible to move this thread to the "Concluded Cases" section since it is well and truly concluded!

This was a great relief after a long fight (over 6 months) but the support given by JCS was superb. I highly recommend them. Thank you.
