Beware possible stupid question alert ...!!

If an exhibit eg... [EXHIBIT J] is on 2 sheets of A4 is it all just the same exhibit and both marked as such or would it need to be [EXHIBIT J] 2 ...:banplease:

            SLIGHT UPDATE!!

As the 14 days have now passed neither the courts or myself have received their (bw legals) witness statement, mine was sent yesterday via special delivery and received to them today the 14th day ....

Now not getting theirs and the courts not either where does this stand now.. will the courts take a dim view? .. make no difference at all?...

Now they have mine can they still enter theirs late at any point and still take an advantage as they've seen mine...

Have you phoned the court to see if the other party has filed?
