  • Re: Northampton County Court Claim causing insomnia, please help with simple question

    Hello again everybody,

Firstly, I am really sorry its taken me a long while to give feedback on my situation defending against Cabot's County Court Claim against me. Please forgive me. I took my first few steps yesterday after falling down the stairs quite badly last October!

The last time I updated everyone, was away with family having left a pre-completed N180 with my sister to send off if things came to that. The good news is it didn't! I received a letter from SHOOSMITHS LLP in January stating that 'Our client has confirmed that they no longer wish to pursue for the claim above (Cabot -V- Me). Therefore we enclose by way of service on you, a Notice of Discontinuance of proceedings, which we have today lodged with the County Business Centre'.

    yours faithfully
    SHOOSMITHS LLP

So just to say again, I am ever so grateful for absolutely all the help I received on this forum. There is definitely no way I would have prevailed without it.

THANK YOU!! THANK YOU !! THANK YOU !! THANK YOU !! THANK YOU !! THANK YOU !! THANK YOU !! THANK YOU !! THANK YOU !!

Congratulations HumanBean!! Really chuffed for you xxx
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

                  Hi JusticeForAll,

thank you, very kind. I didn't think I would win, but with the help I got on this forum and just doing one thing at a time, I was able to successfully defend 2 court claims in a row saving over 9 thousand pounds. I can say without any shadow of a doubt I wouldn't have had a chance without Legal Beagals.
I was humbled by the help and support I received from so many on this forum, especially Amethyst who was (and is) amazing!
In fact I owe a very large debt of gratitude to all involved.

Wishing you many victories now and in the future!!
