          Trying to work out if this " document" is a complete " reconstituted agreement", does it have your name and address as it was when the account was opened? Are there two distinct sets of T's & C's. Was it labelled as a recon agreement.

            Yes it has my name and address as it was then in 2007.Can't see it labeled as a recon.

              Any mention of it being a recon in a covering letter?
              Are there 2 distinct sets of Ts & C's?

                                Ok I found the answer to my question and now I'm certain this alleged agreement is not compliant
                                there should be another set of T's & C's relevant at the time the account was closed even if they are
                                identical but I'm sure they wont be after 7 + years.

                                Date of last payment and default date please the I/we can get down to business!!
