Just to update the thread as my case wasn't suitable for mediation as Lowell couldn't provide any paperwork I asked for it went to court where Lowell were instructed to issue me with the original credit agreement. As they didn't provide this I have today received a notice of discontinuance and all legal proceedings have been bought to an end.

I would like to thank Amethyst for all her help throughout my correspondence with Lowell if it wasn't for you I would be lumbered with a CCJ that wasn't my fault. xx
