Well, it sounds like the hearing was heard, and no one attended, you know you didn't, and you know the Claimant asked the matter to be ruled on in their absence, so they didn't attend, and the judge has just had a look at the papers, probably saw their witness statement was pretty irrelevant and just designed to look scary, and chucked it out based on your defence ( which was a little bit lucky being as you hadn't filed your witness statement as that could have amounted to your defence being struck out)…. phew !!! I feel we let you down a bit when you were having a bit of a sink when witness statements were due, so I apologise profusely for missing your last post - please, in future, tag me or email me, or just bump heck out of your thread till someone replies... you're right the system is weighted against us little people, but if we can keep on top and meet the deadlines we do normally come out on top.
