You may be able to make the SAR Request to Barclaycard online using this link on their website >

    https://www.apply.barclays.co.uk/for...execution=e1s1

Or you can write to them using the Legal Beagles' letter in that link in post # 10 on this thread.

    Take your pick

Ok first of all get an sar subject access request, from Barclaycard. Then check all your transactions etc get your ppi interest, and charges back write to them regarding this. £1 is the minimum you can legally offer them Barclaycard, owe you money as the unfair terms in consumer contract regulations state they can not make a penalty charge against, you as you are now in financial hardship you have been mis-sold your credit card etc. Under the consumer credit agreement you can take the company to court for breach of contract etc, get all your charges back plus 8% any questions feel free to ask take care and have a good christmas.

Claimant's name, but send it to the solicitor.

I'm not sure what this means, sloane. B/c are no longer the legal creditor (owner); why would Angelica be offering them any payment? Or anyone else, at this stage of litigation? (PPI is a different kettle of fish, though).

                  Update

I got no response from them all.

I have confirmed all of them receive my letters except Barclaycard which royal mail says its still passing through their network.

                              I eventually file the defence.

Their solicitor did write me, telling me that they've requested from Barclaycard the required documents. They still want me to make offer for payments even attaching a form to fill my income and expenditure.

                              Please advice.

                              Thanks
