I eventually file the defence.

Their solicitor did write me, telling me that they've requested from Barclaycard the required documents. They still want me to make offer for payments even attaching a form to fill my income and expenditure.

Please advice.

Unless/until the Claimant can provide a compliant response to your CCA request, they cannot enforce their claim.
If this is for a 2002 agreement, that could pose a big problem for them.
Personally I would not reply to their recent letter or invitation to submit the I&E.
