    hi everyone
    before I went into hospital (again) [MENTION=6]Amethyst[/MENTION] and [MENTION=55034]nemesis45[/MENTION] were helping with a lovely firm cabot :scared:
    im sorry have not had the time to get back to you still feeling very unwell if you remember I received a reply from cabot
    stating they were not able to get the requested info we requested in time this letter was dated the 6th feb.
    I also had a reply from the court saying the claimant must contact the court 28 days after receiving a copy of my defence
    to this day I still have not heard anything 12/03/15 eerrmm what do I do next please :help: thanks for all your help so far you have all been really great

    Hi dieselman, Good to hear from you xx If you can bear the hold music, try giving the court a call 0300 123 1056 / 01604 619400 and ask them the current status of the claim - it is likely to have been stayed.

      hi amethyst thanks for getting back to me quickly at the moment im 8 th in the queue er no im not im 7th eerrmm hang on not moved yet ,,NO MUSIC though I rang the 0300 number eerrmm still 7th trying to get a grip who wants my 11th day headache
      THESE TABLETS ARE NO GOOD apparently if I don't get through ill have to ring tomorrow hang on im 6th now

        lol, sometimes its quick and some times it takes ages. Easier if you have a hands free phone.

              got through YAAAY!!! this really nice lady said they have 33 days including weekends so nothing yet...when I said nice lady company included

                  Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                  Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                  If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
