Is it time to complain? If so to whom?

    Thanks

Re: Is this a POC or a POS

The helpful chap at the court helpdesk tells me that the longer the claim is stayed, the harder it is for the claimant to lift it.

      Anyone care to define long?

        Update

After receiving frequent letters from Restons, some "without predjudice save as costs" all of which I ignored I finally received a notice of discontinuance yesterday.

Not a gracious sorry we got it wrong, no apology for threatening me, no remorse for demanding money under fase pretences. Absolute scumbags.

So to answer the question it was a piece of sh*t.

They had not one scrap of documentation to prove their claim.

So really grateful thanks to everyone who helped me. I've just scaped together the £15 to rejoin VIP and post this. I wish I could afford more.

Morning Glad they saw sense in the end. It looks like you have handled things brilliantly on your own here though, I'm not sure we deserve the thanks, but it is appreciated.

It isn't fair how they bring these claims with no intention of providing evidence and following them through, to them it's just another number on a bit of paper, and I'm sure they are completely oblivious as to just how stressful it is having one of these claims hanging over your head.

Well done for standing your ground.
