      Mrs J, I expect they will continue so probably a moot point on the strike out request.

      Thanks for uploading all the docs... is the inception date right ?

      Annoyingly with Opus claims they usually only manage to send the Opus agreement and say it's the original inception agreement, which obviously it isn't, but it is the agreement terms as varied, so as they have supplied the 2008 inception terms too they may well get away with it.

      You still have the default notice and assignment outstanding so can bug them about that if they don't respond to court.
