    Do you recall when the last payment or acknowledgement of this debt was ?

    Is it for a Citi Financial Credit Card ?

    Even though you believe it to be statute barred you should still send a CCA request for the original agreement off as a back up, and first step is to acknowledge the claim with intent to defend in full.
