Re: Please Help!! Cabot Financial/Mortimer Clarke/County Court Business Centre

HI, Don't know if this is the right place to ask. Have read through a few threads reference Cabot Financial, and am also in a similar situation.
Account opened with Blackhorse Ltd. 17/10/2005 - £236 X 54 months. According to Experian report last payment was made December 2009. 4 months short. This was paid on a direct debit.
I accepted a job abroad in October 2007 and moved in November 2007 and the house was rented out, until Summer this year when my family moved back ahead of me. I have not received any correspondence from these people as i physically have not been in the country or residing at the previous address.
If my last payment date was December 2009 why was the default date on Experian showing as 14/12/2011.
        Please help. Many thanks

              Good morning,
The absence of the agreement is a bar to enforcement.
Did you check with the court yet?

My response would be that you are unable to respond to their off of xxxxxxxxxxx in regard to the
alleged debt due to the non compliance with a your CCA request.
No further correspondence will be entered into unless all requested documents are provided.

              Use signed for post.

Update they have sent me a copy of the credit agreement so looks like I will have to pay them I suppose? took them long enough to send it little bit more than 40 days a year later. Is there anything I can do have 7 days to take up the offer.

I think Mike means it is worth having a look at the agreement and checking it is enforceable.
