Hi All,
I'm just enquiring and hope this isn't a silly question.
I have an outstanding balance on a Citi card for which I stopped paying last year as they told me to and now have a default on my CF. ( fair enough)
Debt got sold to Cabot, ( which I'm dealing with) and now I was wondering if I should contact Citi to start repayments again, or should I just start paying them?
Would this be a silly thing to do as the interest was frozen and Cabot are now adding interest at an alarming rate!
Thanks

etc. If they do not supply it then your only recourse is to report them to the aforementioned agencies. It would be very difficult to prove that they didn’t have the agreement at the time judgment was entered.
