    Then do (a), (b) and (c) in post 3.

When you get the requested information back from their solicitors, then you can complete your Defence (you will already have some information for your Defence) from the example Defence below -

    https://legalbeagles.info/library/gu...-court-claims/

Important to get your Defence in time, I think you are looking at 26th August, don't leave it until last minute.

              a) Hi i sent the letter to the court to Defend all the claim but i haven't done (a), (b) and (c) in post 3 as ive had a few problems and now i think ive run out of time

O.K. so you've Acknowledge of Service? That's good. You still have time to do (a), (b) and (c), It's straight forward.

              b) Im getting stressed out with all this i just want it sorted

There really isn't anything to get stressed about, when you feel stressed, do something else, make some tea etc.

              c) What will happen if i just leave it to the court i dont care about a ccj ? Will i be able to set up a payment plan or will they want the full amount?

The thing is if you can get it to the mediation stage, you can try to negotiate a reduced settlement on your terms over a period. You are a long way off a CCJ. It is straightforward. We are here.

You can do, but add name / address too. You want them to find your account details.

Can u send letters a and b to the solicitors in the same envelope or do they have to be separate?

Also im unsure what to put in here

                              1. Agreement / Contract
                              2. Default Notice
                              3. Notice of Assignment

                              Thanks

a ) Can u send letters a and b to the solicitors in the same envelope or do they have to be separate?

                                Same envelope is fine.

                                b) Also im unsure what to put in here

                                1. Agreement / Contract

What you put here is what is stated in their Particulars of Claim, so in your case they state the following:-

'The Agreement was terminated following the service of a default notice. The agreement was assigned to the claimant The Claimant therefore claims 1 618.51 2 Costs'

                                So you put -

                                1. Agreement / Contract
                                2. Default Notice
