    Cabot/MC tried for a CCJ in feb 2017 thanks to this forum i got it setaside as Cabot/MC didnt file a defence against my defence so no CCJ was obtaine, today have recieved letter from MC saying they are going to go back to court to try and obtain a CCJ. the alleged debt would of been statur barred on 17th feb 2017 they filed court claim on 15th feb 2017 which they didnt get as they didnt reply to my defence to court. as they was no CCJ obtained can this now be statue barred?

    Was the claim struck out / dismissed or simply left stayed/ on hold in the court system ?

    Has a thing changed since you filed your defence ? Eg. Have they sent documents ?

    What was your defence ?

      the claim was left stayed at the court. they sent the same documents as they did the first time will scan the letter and upload today
