I have received no response from SAR -HSBC
I received acknowledgement of my defence and claimant have 33 days to respond
The solicitors were happy to extend time to submit defence but the letter arrived and was dated after the deadline for submission.

Typical HSBC They have been warned in the past about lateness, if it were me a coomplaint to the ICO as I did and a file opened (if many complaints HSBC get a fine or final warning)
