You mean enquire about defence service and have someone acting on my behalf?

You can get an initial chat with someone from Di's firm who may be able to give an indication of possible prospects. Obviously they will not give you a yes or no opinion.
I engaged her firm for a similar amount and for me it was money well spent due to what I believe were Lowell less than perfectly professional conduct. - They 'misplaced' my witness statement and their advocate told the court it had apparently not been received

Yes, as you can probably tell myself and Diana have a bit of conflict on a personal level.

Putting that aside this isn’t about me and/or her scoring points off each other it’s about what is best for you and your claim.

You may well win on another argument, but it might also be that you get to a point where the licensing issue is your last hope in which case you stand a better chance if a professional argues the point for you.

pt2537 can also potentially assist as can Diana’s firm.

It's not just about licencing it is also about the fact sadly justice is not applied equally It is often about who has money and Restons are not easy to work against as a Lip. I have list count of the dirty tricks I have seen, from refusing cpr requests to paying for summary judgements without notice

By the way I should have said. Free initial advice

            Okay.

As I said it's important to set these things up properly to avoid the expense associated with needing to file an Amended Defence because something important (i.e. the licensing issue) got left out at the beginning.

There are more ways to obtain the necessary information (disclosure) than a CPR 31.14 Request.

Our initial advice is always free anyway so you can make an informed decision on your options and the consequences of each of them once you know what they are.
