    The default would have been registered by the original creditor this must remain the same after a debt is sold. You have defaulted the original agreement.

      Do you agree that the date of default now is the actual date the original creditor used?

      If so, I see little point in sending a SAR at this point.

      Credit scores in themselves are a construct of the industry so we sign up and pay to monitor them.

      If the dates are correct there is little you can do, if they are not carefully word and raise a complaint with cabot if its causing you problems but generally I say let sleeping dogs lie until they are Statute barred

          There's doubt about the issue of a DN and or a notice of assignment, the SAR will keep you ahead on documentation .

          Doubt of a " proper" assignment, not entirely sure the default date is correct? SAR.
