How to start a claim partly other than money?

My claim is mainly to recover unfair loan payments so is for a specific amount within the small claims limit.

However, the claim is also for an Unfair Relationship under CCA s.140 and I would like the loan terms amended by the judge or written off. These remedies are "other than money".

Do I still send my N1 claim form to the moneyclaim centre in Salford? The instructions says it is only for money claims and that other actions must go elsewhere.

If not, then where do I send the form?

Can I bring it to my local county court and give it to them in person?

Is the small claims track stricly only for money claims? Could the request for CCA s.140 remedy prevent allocation to the small claims track?

Yes, either go to or send it to your local county court with the appropriate fee for the sum claimed.
