    Hi,

I hope I've picked the right forum here, apologies if not.

I have been pursuing a company for the past year through the Small Claims courts over a faulty car. The courts agreed in my favour at which point I filed for a court claim enforcement.

During the final stages of the court case one of the directors resigned and the remaining director changed the registered office address. I filed the enforcement to this new address.
The bailiffs have just said that it's a personal address and not one that looks to be a trading address and as such they won't go any further.

What are my options? Is that the end of it?

Do you have the trading address? Registered office address can often be home of a director or an accountants address, enforcement would be best at a trading address ( ie where they sell the cars from etc )

Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.

Sadly they've moved from the address they were trading from and I don't know of an address that they're trading from now. I'm not sure how to find a more current address, their website no longer works.

      Is there another way?
