Hi,
I hope I've picked the right forum here, apologies if not.
I have been pursuing a company for the past year through the Small Claims courts over a faulty car. The courts agreed in my favour at which point I filed for a court claim enforcement.
During the final stages of the court case one of the directors resigned and the remaining director changed the registered office address. I filed the enforcement to this new address.
The bailiffs have just said that it's a personal address and not one that looks to be a trading address and as such they won't go any further.
What are my options? Is that the end of it?
