  • SetAside Granted Does this mean a new fresh hearing?

    hi guys
    following on from case,:https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...ms-help-please

    I got set aside granted.
    New hearing is next friday

Will it be a new hearing like day 1 stuff, or a hearing to set aside or some other convoluted hearing in between set aside and full hearing.
Just don't want to be caught out.
    Attached court papers.

Anything i need to be wary of?

    Any help much appreciated
    thanks

The order of 17th September 2018 has been set aside ( presumably that was the judgment following the hearing you couldn't attend on 7th sept 2018 which resulted in your claim being struck out and the counterclaim standing against you)

The hearing is for your application dated June 2018 - which was your original set aside application, it is substantive, so it would be best to be prepared for a full hearing on the issues although it should be restricted to those raised in your application of last June.

This order is dated Feb 2019 ?
