    The date on the claim form was the 7th September I didn't receive it until the 12/9. How do I start my own thread I am new to this??

        Ok, I have written a letter today to the collection agency Asset Collections Limited to request proof of assignment, agreement etc and intend to post this off today or tomorrow.
        What happens then?
        How do I do my defence there have been various templates but I am completely new to this.

          please read getting started, assignments etc if listed on claim form at this stage is requested using CPR31.14 request to solicitors free of charge n

          CCA1974 request goes to the Owner of the alledged debt with £1.00 postal oredr all sent Recorded Delivery

          copy of the CCA1974 request (no payment) to solicitors for information purposes only ]

            Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

            Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

            If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
