    I summit my denfence yesterday as I panicked seeing the e-mail they sent me can I still amend it later on.

      Ahhh okay, little sh*ts they are.... yes it's absolutely fine, i was just being pernickity really, what you have submitted is perfectly okay.... and yes if things do come up that materially change your defence you will be able to apply to amend later xxx

        Update

        I went with medition yes but Asset failed to contact medition so what happens next ...Now how many days have Asset got to pay the court hearing?? I read some where if they don't pay does the case get struck out is that correct.

          NOTE: If you receive a court claim note these dates in your calendar ...
          Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

          Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

          If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
