      When are Documents and Witness Statements due to be exchanged ? ( Normally says on page 2 of the hearing letter - around 14 days before the hearing ?)

        It says on the instructions the witness statement is needed 21 days before the hearing, i make that the 18th of January.

          Just received the claimants witness statement with the documents they are relying on in court, Is a credit agreement with no date on enforceable ?

            Since the claimant has now provided the statement of account and cca also the assignment i assume i now dont have any chance of winning?

            My witness statement was very basic that i sent since i had not received any documents,

            Not sure what to do
