  • Thanks to you for helping me beat lowell

I received a county court letter about 4 to 5 months ago and was worried as I've got a almost perfect credit history. It's was for a next account in a address I have never lived at. I connected lowell who now had the debt and explained that I had never lived there but the called me a lier. They proceed to tell me that they would take court action against me and it would be impossible to get credit for at least 6 years if I didn't pay. So I looked online and come across yous and started reading other people threads ( didn't start my own as others had the same problem) I took all the advice yous had given others and lowell took it all the way to mediation, but I didn't give up thanks to yous.

I received a email today for mediation saying " the claimant has discontinued the claim"

So thank you for all the good advice you give people
