MCOL Problems Today - Helpline Down. Also site down on Sat.

Just seen this on MCOL

Please note, The MCOL website will be unavailable on Saturday 8th July 2017 between 08: 00 and 17:30 due to essential maintenance. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

As of 9:20am 4th July 2017 County Court Business Centre helpdesk is experiencing technical difficulties and no calls are coming through, we are working hard to resolve the issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused. In the meantime please use email as an alternative method of communication.

NOTE: If you receive a court claim note these dates in your calendar ...
Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
