The letters are fine, small issue with title on CPR request which refers to the CCA instead of the CPR but not fatal.

I think I changed that before I sent it as was advised. These are the ones that I already had uploaded to photobucket but I have the ones I sent on my PC.

I am about to put this as my defense, can someone see if it sounds ok please?

"I do not have any knowledge of this debt. I have sent a CCA request to Lowell Portfolio I Ltd and a CPR 31.14 request to
Lowell Solicitors Ltd on the 12/07/2017 both next day delivery and
signed for. I have not received any form of communication from
either parties and no evidence that I owe this debt."

Thank you, do I just paste this into the defense box? I can't see a way of attaching it to the form.

I'm not sure what to put here as it only states that it is a 'regulated agreement with Lloyds' and 'The Defendant failed to maintain the required payments and a default notice was served and not complied with'

Ahh so first page just put.... The claim is for an alleged agreement with ' Lloyds' regulated under the Consumer Credit act 1974.

If you aren't sure if it's a credit card or a loan you could refer to both s77 and s78 of the CCA through the rest.

                            looks good
