          Hello MIKE770

          Sorry I don't understand...

How do I attach it to the form the court sent?

          Thanks

You have been sent a Directions Questionnaire by the court to complete. It's in paper format.

It's a court form so it should be treated as such. Adding an "anti tamper" strip may not be appropriate since it implies you suspect court staff may use or abuse your signature.

Sign it as you would normally sign any other official document for the court.

YIp, really I wouldn't be paranoid about your signature anyway, letters, and certainly not court forms. No one is going to be lifting it and reapplying it to documents.

                      Sorry

i should have read back about it being a court form.

I do think, however, it is naive to believe no one has ever used a signature from somewhere else to recon something. It might be very rare but I believe it is possible

However as no two signatures are likely to be identical keeping a copy is a good defence.

mine changes every time I sign something lol ... I spent 15 mins at the local jobcentre once proving that their digital signature things would reject mine every time (just after they brought them out) xx

Re: County Court Claim Form Lowell Portfolio I Ltd

                          Good evening.
I received a Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track dated 11th September. It stated that if the claimant doesn’t pay the court trail fee by October 20th, the claim would be struck out. It also states that the hearing of he claim will take place on 17th November.
I waited as thought the court would write to let me know if the fee had been paid or the claim struck out. I phoned them yesterday and they said the fee had been paid and the trail would go ahead.
Today I received the witness statement from Lowell along with a copy of the signed contract, the default notice, list of transactions, notice of assignment and copies of letters sent to me.

I don't know what to do next, please help

Have you filed your Witness Statement at court and served it on the Claimant?

No, I haven’t and now it is too late
The Notice of Allocation says all documents to be filed no later than 14 days before the hearing

File and serve your Witness Statement asap.

Hopefully the court will accept your late filing since you are a Litigant In Person.
