  • court form from mortimer clarke

    have this morning recieved court form from mortimer clarke
    i have attached all letters between me and cabot and mortimer clarke, what do i do now, they have been 3 lettered and CEASE & DESIST this has been going on since 13/12/15

        CCA Request CPR 31.14 Request and give some proper information as to what it relates to i.e. credit card etc and situation update

                      O.K Court form in view now/ peeps will advise , but look to already advised i.e first steps = acknowledged on MCOL for starters and defend all buys more time to sort out a proper way to go> others will advise also

                        but think i have had the things sent to me in cpr31.14 all the letters are attached
                        they have sent me
                        copy of original signed agreement with capital one
                        copy of statements
                        assinment of my account to cabot
                        default notice

                          they seem to only quote CCA1974 as it is post 2007 that should be their advantage unless I missed something,

                          others have been alerted look in and advise be patient/

                              Hi baldy1967 & welcome to LB.

                              The copy of the agreement (as posted) is not legible.
                              If the copy sent to you is as bad, it is non-compliant.
                              As [MENTION=3599]MIKE770[/MENTION] has suggested, send CCA & CPR 31.14 requests asap.

                              Also, the default notice is non-compliant.

                              SAR Cap1 for all data held by them.
