Hi,
I have had a claim form for a parking fine from Link Parking Limited. Basically i visited my friends home which has residential parking, i didnt display the parking permit clearly (since found out the company had changed to Link so i actually was not displaying the correct ticket) and i got fined. The fine was £70 if paid within a certain time. I sent a letter back as per my right to dispute this claim and never had any letters or contact from them since until i had a letter saying they will take me to court and then shortly after a claim form from the county court business centre in Northampton. The claim form is missing a letter from my surname so do i need to respond to that letter and is it actualy inforceable? also i had no correspondance from Link parking after my appeal which was done in April this year. i have no idea to be honest and its stressing me out so any help and advise would be appreciated
Thanks
