      Hi I think I am a vulnerable adult I have had 2 heart attacks and now suffer from heart failure and got copd should I be getting threatened by bailiffs

        Hi Sandra4159 , You would have to tell the Bailiffs that you are vulnerable and of your health issues for them to be able to act accordingly.

        What are the bailiffs 'threatening' you over? A CCJ ? Council tax ? Does the instigator of the bailiff action have details of your health / vulnerability issues?
