I have received a letter off Lowell today which has a copy of their direct questionnaire but I haven't received one for myself to fill in and when I log into MCOL it doesn't say any have been sent out.
I have phoned the courts and they have said they haven't sent any direct questions and to ignore it as it hasn't come from them and the other side have until 17th (sunday) to contact to the court.
I have had no response to any of the letters sent requesting paperwork
    Good morning,

Did this" DQ " come from Lowell Solicitors? Does it look like a genuine court form?

Sounds like an abuse of process probably a phising trip to gain some information from you.

You can complain to Lowell about this and most certainly note it in your WS.

It came from lowell solicitors, there was a standard lowell letter with how much I owe and a copy of their own DQ with them ticking "yes" to mediation but the courts have said they haven't sent any DQ out at all, I thought maybe mine was lost but court says no I won't receive one yet because Lowell still haven't responded to my defence, they have until this sunday. When it gets to WS I will include it in it

This has happened a few times this week, so don't be worrying just wait to hear from the court.

Mcol has updated today to say a DQ has been sent to me today (20th) and also the claiment has filed their DQ today so the one they sent me was genuine but they sent it before any had even been sent out

I am due to have mediation on monday so I'm trying to do an income & expenture but I still don't know what income to put down, do I put husbands ESA, Disability & works insurance policy.
If I only put my income down it's only £500 a month (carers, child tax & child benefit)

If it's your debt alone only your income is relevant .

Thank you, yes it's my debt alone.
The problem I have Lowell own 4 of my newish debts, if I have £40 a month spare they are going to want that for this debt and then take me to court for the other 3, should I contact them direct and tell them I have this to go over all 4 accounts
