The MSDW claim application form - incomplete as it refers to terms they haven't provided. - but does appear to be the correct agreement to the claim.

the Bank One Visa transfer isn't really relevant - just when you applied for MSDW card you asked to transfer your balance from Bank One onto your MSDW card.
Thanks Sharon, i was confused but now its all clear

Both claims were Egg then Barclays, so the MSDW claim has been through Egg after MSDW, and before Barclays.

I was unaware that one of the Egg accounts had further history until receiving the CCA.

Should I have proof of assignment through each provider?

So, can the fact that MSDW changed to Egg be used in my defence, or is there no case?

MSDW was the original creditor - and they have supplied that agreement ( although incomplete)

They should also supply the terms as they were at the point the account closed - so probably Barclays terms

Then the assignments from MSDW to Egg to Barclays to PRA.

The Default Notice from Barclays also.
