    Now reading the 2 completely different T&C’s that were sent one does not have a section 18.2 included and the other which has cannot be the one I had when I took out the agreement, the agreement was signed early 1999, on the terms for additional cardholders it goes on about the Rights of Third Parties act which only came into force 11 November 1997.
    If you can scan/photo the terms it would really help. This is Egg 1999 ? Can't see a copy of those anywhere - this is from 2002 http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...Egg-Terms-2002 condition 18.2 is about assignment. Of course the 18.2 would be fromt he terms in force at the time of the default so would be the recent terms rather than the inception terms.

      Fingers crossed that today is last day that PRA can take me to court as from tomorrow the account becomes statutory barred..:bounce:

      For the last few weeks been dreading the postman arriving.
