      Personally I would reply that you can only deal with this matter in writing.

      I suspect they are either looking for information or want to get you to do a " deal" on payment.

      Simply they cannot be trusted.##

        Thats what i thought. If theu have an update then why didnt they put it in the letter. I will write back to them.

          I have now received a copy of the directions questionnaire from lowell solicitors. I havent received one from the court. But still not recieved what i originally asked for. Please advise.

          Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

          Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

          If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
