    Hi everybody.Isent off my letters to lowells earlier this week requesting cca documents.This morning 22nd frid,I received a letter from Lowells solicitors,informing me that they have now issued proceedings with Northampton County Court.(as if I didn't know) Call our team today,blah blah,To discuss the outstanding balance !Also, "If you do not contact us or reply to the County Court Claim,We MAY enter a county coutrt judgement against you, May end up on your credit file blah blah. No mention of documents I asked for,What do you think? Vale.

      Could it be a standard letter that is usually sent?I have not put my defence in yet.Thanks,Vale.

      Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

      Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

      If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
