    Re: law

You want the form EX107 and the HMCTS have a 'panel' list of firms.... both available pdf from http://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.u...orms_num=ex107 - so it is a case of finding one near you xx Prices are on there too but it does differ between firms - usually if you tell them the length of the hearing they wil be able to give you an upfront estimate of cost.

Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.

                Hi Everyone
As permission to appeal was refused do I get served with the reasons as the court said that a legal stopping up order for the past 100 yrs did not stop the council claiming public rights I this is not right in law Or am I misunderstanding what the law states layed down in Statue?

                  Re: law

The stopping up order has been in place for 100 years? I thought you'd applied for the stopping up order of a right of way / public highway ( as it wasn't used ) which wasn't initially contested by the council, but then came to their attention and they applied to overturn the stopping up order more recently, won and you appealed it ?

Did you have permission to appeal and a hearing ? Or have you been turned down on application for permission?
