  • ** DISCONTINUED **Court Case Urgent

    Hi everyone,

Bit of an urgency on some paperwork that needs to be in court by 1.00pm when the court closes before Xmas

    Court Date: 8th January 2016
Paperwork to be filed 14 days before - Xmas Day (we all know it's closed)
Trying to get it in before 1.00pm today cos that's when the counter closes for Xmas.

    Need to know......

What besides the Witness Statement and Exhibits I need to get into the court before 1.00pm??

    Many thanks in advance.

            haha no worries Amethyst.

Good news everyone, Carters have sent a letter of discontinuance, I called the court to make sure and yep it's been discontinued.

Angry that I had all that kerfuffle before Xmas, as if I had nothing better to do.

            So what now?

Wait for more letters from Lowell or to wait for another debt collector to have had this debt passed onto them?

            Happy New Year BTW!!

Great new Joolz . Happy New Year!!

You might get the " begging letter" " we know you would like the peace of mind you will get if
you pay this debt even though we couldn't enforce it in court"!
