    Fwiw I agree with stu82.

    If they had anything, they would be going for the jugular.

    Without coughing up the documents, they can't go any further forward with their case.

    & they've given you 30 days from receipt of letter.

    Let them stew for a bit (no pun intended, stu! lol)

    Btw, was the letter 'without prejudice'?

      There is No Penalty for non compliance with CPR 31.14. the claimant can press on with the claim.

      Non Compliance with a request with a sections 77/78/79 request under CCA 1974 renders a debt
      unenforceable but only until the agreement or a compliant reconstituted one is produced.

          Hi all

          Ive just come off the phone to the courts and the have stated the the claim is now STAYED !!! Happy days Woo Hoo

          I would like to thank you all for your help and guidance throughout this experience, and well done ......

            Hi all

            Low and behold i have received another debt letter today stated that DLC has passed the debt to another part of their company on the 1st March 2016 and are persuing the debt and will do until its paid.....

            How is this possible !!! Its been too court and STAYED and now the debt is still being chased by the chancers

            If anyone can help in this matter please reply, thanks again....
