      Hello Skyman,

There will be loads of these letters turning up now this is the long awaited restructuring of the Cabot group that caused all the myths about parts of the group not being Licensed by the FCA.

It should make no difference at all to your case. All that has happened in reality is that the assets of one company in the group have been transferred to another.

The same solicitors will be in place.

        Thank you Nem,

In this case if it's transferred to another group and the Mortimer Clarke Solicitors still will be in place, then what do I need to do?

Do I need to still the apply for the claim to be struck out or don't do anything about it.

Thank you so much for your help.

I suspect that further contact will be made at some point by MC which is wholly owned by the Cabot empire so application to strike out can still go through them.

                      Hi,

Refer to the above advise, I have been wating for about 4 months and now I have received a letter from DLC regarding the request of documents I made few months ago for a copy of Credit Agreement, now they send me a copy of the Credit Agreement from Black horse.

Can you please advise me what to do, can they really do this since they failed to respond to me on time before and now I think its too late.

The attachment does not work PDF if possible it would help if you posted both the agreement and the letter after removing personal identifiers.

                              Good morning,

What happens next will depend on the Ts & Cs if they can get a copy which is relevant to the agreement.
