If I submitted my defence on 7/1/2016, am I correct in thinking Cohen have 28 days (till 4/2/2016) to find the requested documents or the case will be stayed?

Also in the interim, is there anything I should be doing?

The claimant has 28 days from the date it receives the claim, this
has nothing to do with the CCA request or CPR 31 .14.

The court will stay the claim if the claimant does not respond to the claim,

Its now beyond 28 days since I submitted defence and there has been no further contact from RW or Cohen or the courts, is there anything I need to do?

Sorry to be a pain. So its been what feels like ages and the claimant hasn't responded to the claim since my defence was filed and I have not received response to the CCA request or CPR31.14. If the claim has been stayed will I receive any correspondence to this effect, or will MCOL be updated to reflect this?

You don't get told anything if it is Stayed - You can phone the courts and find out tho'
