There's no address for the 'company' on the judgment but copies of the judgment order and FOS letters might help answer any queries on your application. I do think you put the 'company' name and the individual's address.

          HI Amethyst,
Posted my N 323 Request for Warrant of Control on Tues ...but got a phone call today saying they can not process it, they/the Bailiffs can only deal with amounts up to 5K.
She said I need to take it through the High Court due to the amount in Question, and I need to go through a High Court Enforcement officer, she is sending me details, of the local one in this area.

So Having to go through a local high Court Enforcement officer, authorised on his form that he is going to apply on my behalf for a N293A...Combined certificate of judgement and request for writ of control or writ of possession @ £60.00............
Which he will sign on my behalf, and be returned to him, supplied him with my FOS final decision instead of the County Court judgement...which he required.....and looks like he will get A £60.00 plus VAT "Should the file be abortive"

Ahh of course. Its unusual to be on the enforcement side on here, we're usually defending.

Well, still cheaper than the solicitor.

Re: Court Claim via the Ombudsman

Hello Amethyst,With regard to this situation I have just received a reply from one of the partners, I have just sent you an E-Mail with copies, I would appreciate your comments.Note 1. The Ombudmans final decision states, As a partnership "any" and all partners are equally respnsible for meeting any redress we award. How the partners then wish to meet that redress would be a matter for the partners to resove amongst themselves.as you can see from the letter, he wants this passing on to the other partner, or at least me issuing another N322 in the other partners name. But this is the guy who sold me the investment.Note 2.Is "any" the key word in the Final decision.Note 3. Do I have to reply to this letter? Thanks again for your help..............

                    Thanks for all your help.....
I presume the way forward now is with a solicitor.
Again thanks for all your help.
