Your case has probably been stayed (put on hold) in the court - maybe give them a call to check.

hi i have had a reply back for the court because i sent a email saying i have no heard anything back from lowell (carter) and this was there reply (Currently, the claim is stayed because we have not had a response to your defence from the Claimant. If the claimant wishes to proceed, they will need to apply to the court to lift the stay and proceed, giving reasons why the claim was allowed to be stayed). so does anyone know what would most likely to happen from here please ? thanks pat

OK Lowell can't get the agreement I suspect.
Have you had any response to a CCA request or CPR31.14 ? The previous post on the thread are rather a mess.

hi this is the only response from carter (i got a letter back to day from bryan carter which said *(Thank you for your response to my request for disclosure of documents mentioned in your statement of case under CPR 31.14.

With regards to your assertion that ''we confirm this matter will most properly be allocated to the small claim track as this is a simple contractual matter and part 31 of the civil procedure rules will therefore not apply.'') ive not heard from lowell yet over the cca request i emailed the court the other day and the reply was what i posted today thanks pat thanks pat
