        Hi!

        I hope you are all well

        I have a court date for the 17th Dec and I'm meant to submit all documents that I intend to rely on at least 14 days before the court date. What sort of thing should I submit? I was thinking the copies of the requests I sent them and their un-helpful replies...? What sort of thing should I expect from Lowell/Bryan Carter?

        Lol, if you saw this post before I edited it, I'd signed it as I do from work �� obviously working too hard!

          I received a notice of discontinue of claim!! For the WHOLE claim!! Amazing!!! You were absolutely right!! Merry Christmas to me!!! I sent off my original request for documents and their snotty reply as part of the evidence I intended to rely on in court and yesterday I received the notice of discontinue from Bryan Carter!! I'm over the moon and it's all thanks to everyone who helped me here!!! Thank YOU so much for all of your helpful advice and reassurance!! Wishing you a very merry Christmas!

                NOTE: If you receive a court claim note these dates in your calendar ...
                Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
