  • Civil Restraint Orders - County Court

There is a 2 ''application'' in a particular court rule before an application for a civil restraint order can be considered .... does the northampton business centre count as a court ? and is issuing a claim counted as an application ?

2.1 A limited civil restraint order may be made by a judge of any court where a party has made 2 or more applications which are totally without merit.

NCCBC is a claims administration and handling centre it's judicial staff administer the claims process only.

The Northampton County Court (District Registry of the High Court) would hear applications such as this it's a normal County Court.

Hmmm, looking at the list of current CRO's ( https://www.gov.uk/general-civil-res...rders-in-force ) they are all individual courts. Think we'd have to do an Extended one which means an app to the high court.
